He has obtained his undergraduate and Post graduate degrees in Commerce from Scott Christian College, Nagercoil and Secured his MBA from SRM College of Engineering under the University of Madras during the year 1995. He has sixteen years of Experience of which 14 years in Teaching. Two of his student project proposals were funded by Tamil Nadu council for science and Technology under students project scheme. Being the Training and placement officer of the college, He has organized number of training programmes for the students. His contribution towards placing the students in reputed organization is commendable. He is doing doctoral Research in the area of Management Studies under Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli.
