Mechanical Engineering

The department offers an undergraduate programme B.E. Mechanical Engineering with sanctioned intake of 120 students and a postgraduate programme M.E Manufacturing Engineering. The department has a separate block which includes state-of-the-art laboratories, CAD center with advanced software and a department library. It is a challenging, rewarding and highly respected profession, supporting through its commitment to excellence by experienced and expert faculty members having a doctoral degree, outstanding research publications in peer-reviewed International/National journals, faculty research presentations at International conferences. Students are competent in technical presentations at International/National conferences and Symposium. An interactive relationship is maintained between the students and faculty which enable the students to develop a sound foundation in the stream in a conducive environment.
